Document Verification

Enter the document ID to verify its authenticity. You can find the document ID on your prescription, report, invoice, or lab report.

Enter the full ID (e.g., PRX-00001) or just the number (e.g., 1)
How to Verify
  • Enter the document type (Prescription, Report, Invoice, or Lab Report)
  • Enter the document ID found on your document
  • Click "Verify Document" to check authenticity
  • Verified documents will show verification status and details
